A hospitality group in York is seeking a Cluster Meeting & Events Executive to manage event planning across their properties. The ideal candidate will handle inbound enquiries, assist in maximizing meeting space occupancy, and maintain essential client relationships. Job title: Cluster Meeting & Events Executive, Malmaison & Hotel Du VinUp to £13.50 ph including TRONCPermanent ContractYorkA fantastic opportunity to helpmaximizethe Meeting & Events across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in .........Handling inbound enquiriesand ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of all events taking place across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin ...... this role is perfect for somebody looking to step up from a single site M&E Executive role.You will be assisting the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximising meeting room occupancy and driving catering revenue. You will be working to optimize client relationships and the relationships with other key managers in across the two hotels.This role will suit a organised self starter who has excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.Experience of working in a similar property would be beneficial but a positive personality and the ability to think on your feet is essential.IND1
