6 Month FTC Salary: Dependent on experience Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office We are seeking a detail-oriented Cloud Project Portfolio Manager with hands-on experience in project portfolio management (PPM) modules, ERP configurations, and data integration processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of cloud-based ERP platforms and their cross-functional interaction with finance systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ERP configuration sessions, aligning business requirements with out-of-the-box cloud PPM capabilities and financial modules.
  • Define configuration documentation based on business needs, focusing on cloud-based project portfolio tools.
  • Support CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions to validate end-to-end processes and configurations with stakeholders.
  • Write clear functional specifications for custom reports, data integrations, and system extensions.
  • Apply working knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BIP) to deliver insights and support business intelligence needs.
  • Translate requirements into scalable solutions using APIs, file-based data imports (FBDIs), and standard ERP integrations.
  • Support the design and documentation of custom workflows using the platforms business process management (BPM) capabilities.
  • Map and convert legacy project and finance data into the cloud ERP system using best-fit tools (API vs FBDI).
  • Define cutover strategies, data preparation, and transformation logic for legacy-to-cloud transitions.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define integrated solutions for financial and project-based operations.
  • Identify and configure key system components to support data onboarding and ongoing reporting needs.
