Job summary

A technology support firm based near Leeds is seeking an IT Support professional to provide support across Microsoft Windows Server and Office 365. The ideal candidate will have experience with at least two technologies such as VMware, Citrix, and Azure, and must demonstrate excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include incident management in a fast-paced environment and contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing. The role requires the ability to obtain SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Office 365; ideally VMware, Citrix, and/or Azure.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT, cloud, and infrastructure support across specified technologies.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk for incident management.
• Maintain strong documentation and adhere to processes.
