• Extensive experience leading the design, development, and deployment of Azure-based solutions, with a balance of big-picture vision and hands-on skills.
• Ability to own complex technical challenges and drive solutions to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying concepts clearly.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
• Experience overseeing and providing technical guidance to teams of varying sizes.
• Ability to collaborate with delivery leadership to create and execute work plans.
