Job description
Overview

MFT offers an exciting opportunity to appoint a Clinical Trials Manager (initial fixed term for 2 years) working in partnership with the ICB. This role will be based within MFT, working closely with ICB colleagues and GP practices across Greater Manchester to support setup and delivery of an NIHR funded multi-centre trial. The Clinical Trials Manager (CTM) will be a member of both the MFT clinical trials operational delivery team and the ICB Team. As the CTM, you would share our passion and commitment to increase access to research and its associated benefits across the Greater Manchester region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the set-up and delivery of an NIHR funded trial across the Greater Manchester footprint.
  • Travel across the region to meet with teams within the ICB and GP practices.
  • Work closely with the study sponsor to ensure the study is opened and delivered across Greater Manchester within the agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with ICB colleagues, sponsor and GP practices to ensure the set-up and delivery of an NIHR funded study in line with sponsor expectations.
