A healthcare provider in Wokingham is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Lead (Advanced Mental Health Practitioner) to deliver high-quality assessments and interventions for adults with complex mental health needs. The role includes clinical leadership, supervision, and contributing to quality improvements. This permanent position is onsite or in the community five days a week, offering excellent benefits and flexibility.
We are seeking a specialist, dynamic and extensively experienced Band 7 Clinical Lead (Advanced Mental Health Practitioner) to join our Community Mental Health Service. The postholder will lead and deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions for adults with complex mental health needs in a secondary care, community setting. This includes managing a complex caseload, providing clinical & professional leadership, supervision, line management duties, and contributing to service development, quality improvements and transformation initiatives.
The postholder will join a full complement of MDT professions, as a highly motivated and enthusiastic member of the team that supports a positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent holistic care. You will have regular access to supervision, support, networking and development opportunities. This position is full time, permanent, working onsite or in the community five days a week at Resource House, Wokingham.
