Band 3 Clinical Support Worker Higher Level - 37.5 Hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for band 3 Clinical support workers who are up to a new challenge and to develop their current skills.

Willow A is currently a large Renal/Haematology/General medical ward. The ward takes patients from the acute medical unit, A&E and direct admissions from both the renal clinics and from home.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic clinical support workers who want to work as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for dedicated and caring health care assistants to come and work within our friendly team. You will assist the nurses and ward staff in the day to day delivery of all care needs to our patients.

Willow A ward is a friendly team of nurses and clinical support workers who work very closely with all other members of the multi-disciplinary team.

  • Ensure the nutritional needs of the patient are met by assisting them to eat and drink. Also by helping them complete their daily menu card. Be aware of increased nutritional needs. Record accurately nutritional and fluid intake, reporting concerns to Registered Nurse.
  • Ensure privacy and dignity at all times
