  • Base Salary: £45-55k (INCLUDING allowance for car)

Role Overview

The Clinical Specialist / Nurse Advisor will be an integral part of the field-based team and be responsible for managing clinical evaluations / trials and providing training to expert level to all clinical customers throughout the UK (and very occasionally into Europe / Worldwide). Spending considerable time partnering / training clinical professionals the specialist / advisor will be tasked with positioning our client as the provider of choice within surgical / ITU / CCU sectors. Currently focusing on Regional Anaesthesia and Prostate Biopsy, with exciting new technologies in Endoscopy, Surgical Humidification, and blood sampling on the horizon.

Ideal Candidate

Due to the product focus currently we would love to hear from any education professionals or specialist urology nurses with experience in the prostate biopsy space. However, we will happily consider all candidates who can demonstrate -

  • Proven experience working for a medical device company as a clinical trainer OR a surgical / ITU clinical specialist looking to move into a commercial education role.
  • Experience within urology, critical care, surgical or anaesthesia.
  • Skills or knowledge in performing clinical urology and anaesthesia procedures, such as prostate biopsies or peripheral nerve blocks, under ultrasound would be an advantage;
  • Able to travel nationwide and on occasion further to engage with clients.
  • Applicants will be considered without commercial experience if they have an excellent attitude and are looking to move into the commercial environment.
  • Smart, articulate, professional and hard working.
