A leading healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a Clinical Specialist for the Wellbeing in Mind Team. This role involves providing clinical leadership and delivering mental health support to educational staff and students. Key responsibilities include developing wellbeing policies, offering training, and conducting assessments. Candidates must have a relevant mental health qualification and experience in a clinical setting. The organization supports visa sponsorship for eligible candidates and has a no smoking policy in place.
The Wellbeing in Mind Team are MHSTs who work directly into education. This is in line with the government's priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people within education settings. Clinical Specialist will provide clinical leadership to the team.
The post holder will form part of a locality wide leadership team along with Team Managers and Clinical Leads. With support from the existing leadership team, the post holder will take a lead role in the development of clinical services.
