A leading global medical technology firm is seeking a candidate for a clinical and technical support role for Advanced Bionics products in the UK. This position involves on-site and remote services, managing complex cases, and providing training to Audiology and ENT professionals. Applicants should possess a qualification in Audiology and excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing clinical and technical support for all Advanced Bionics hardware and software products to Cochlear Implant clinics, as well as AB partners within their designated territory in the UK. This includes delivering on-site and remote clinical / technical services including switch-ons and fittings, upgrade support, managing complex cases, resolving technical issues, and providing surgical support, in addition to offering support via email and phone. The role also involves training Audiology and ENT professionals on existing and new Advanced Bionics products and services, in collaboration with the Education and Training Manager. The successful candidate will be required to build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers to ensure the continued growth of the business. Additionally, tracking and reporting tools will be utilised to monitor performance and refine local strategies, thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of Advanced Bionics in the UK. A qualification or equivalent experience in Audiology is essential; commercial experience and / or experience in a Cochlear Implant department is highly desirable., As a strong communicator, you will be driven to build lasting and credible relationships with both internal teams and our consumers.

This is a full‑time, field‑based position with salary depending on experience and additional company benefits. Regular travel within the designated territory, with some overseas travel also required on occasions is to be expected.
