A leading healthcare institution in the UK is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Scientist to join their Radiation Protection and Diagnostic Radiology Physics team. The successful candidate will undertake testing across imaging modalities and support radiation protection activities, requiring HCPC registration and preferably experience in the field. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated HCPC registered Clinical Scientist to join us in Radiation Protection and Diagnostic Radiology Physics specialisms. You will join a friendly team in the Radiological Sciences Group, Medical Physics department at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, who provide comprehensive scientific and technical support to clinical departments within and outside of Portsmouth. There will be some travel to other hospitals/centres. You would support radiation protection activities in the use of x-rays, radiation sources and non-ionising sources (lasers and UV) across a broad range of clinical specialties.
