Qualifications

  • Must possess a DClinPsy and be HCPC registered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist clinical psychology assessment, formulation, and interventions.
  • Lead the dementia pathway while maintaining links with other dementia services.
  • Supervise assistant psychologists and trainee clinical psychologists as appropriate.

Skills

Knowledge and experience of implementing psychological assessment/therapy
Excellent communication skills with professionals and people with LD
Work and maintain judgement under pressure/managing time
MDT working

Education

DClinPsy
HCPC registered
Completed Supervisor training or willingness to complete
