We are at a pivotal moment in our service journey a period of positive transformation, growth, and renewed vision.Rosedean House Surgery are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking GP who is excited by the opportunity to drive meaningful improvement and help shape the future of a practice ready to evolve in Cornwall.

Full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time can be considered.

Key Working Relationships You will work closely with:

  • Group Clinical Lead ensuring clinical quality, compliance, and governance.

  • Business Manager partnering to improve operations, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Regional Network Operations Manager to ensure alignment with operational and strategic priorities within the southern practices.
  • A wider supportive MDT and organisational network dedicated to innovation and clinical excellence.

Located in the heart of Liskeard, Rosedean House Surgery serves a diverse and growing patient population. The surgery is situated in a historic Grade II listed building that will soon be undergoing redevelopment bringing together architectural heritage with a modern, patient-centred design.
