An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Clinical Director to join a well-established, forward thinking veterinary group in Northamptonshire. With over three decades of providing exceptional care to pets in the region, this modern, people and patient focused practice now seeks an experienced clinical leader to drive standards, strategy, and excellence across multiple sites. The practice boasts superb facilities, including a brand new state-of-the-art hospital, a CT scanner, dedicated out-of-hours provision, and excellent team resources. The successful candidate will be a confident, dynamic, and compassionate leader with a proven track record in clinical decision making, team development, and delivering outstanding patient care.
As Senior Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical provision across the group, leading senior vets and branch heads, setting clinical strategy, supporting teams in service delivery, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will also maintain a manageable personal clinical caseload while managing governance, standards, and out-of-hours clinical provision (with no night work expected).
