A leading healthcare charity in London is looking for a strategic Reward Manager to develop and oversee reward policies and programs. This role involves collaboration with HR teams, and ensuring compliance with pension regulations. Ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and relevant experience in managing benefits programs. The position offers a salary range of £70,000-£75,000 plus benefits, with options for flexible working and a commitment to equality and diversity in recruitment.
£70,000-£75,000 plus benefits. Reports to: Director of HR Partnering & Operations, Directorate: Chief Operating Office. Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week (options for flexible working). Location: Stratford, London – office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office). Closing date: 14th December 23:59.
