Qualifications

  • Experience providing effective administration support to multiple teams in a clinical setting.
  • Handling patient data and communications, especially with distressed individuals.
  • Ability to demonstrate adaptability, initiative, proactivity, and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and archive patient records using the Patient Database.
  • Process admissions and discharges documentation.
  • Handle calls and liaise between patients, carers, families, and clinicians.
  • Ensure patients receive information materials on admission.
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies of stationery and uniforms.
  • Update clinical noticeboards and circulate daily bulletins.
  • Book transport for patients via ambulance or Volunteer Drivers.
