The Client Services Assistant supports the Client Services Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience across all touchpoints. This role combines client service oversight with concierge and hospitality support, administrative duties, and extra care service, ensuring that every client receives personalised, attentive, and proactive assistance tailored to their needs.
