Qualifications

• Experience within employee benefits, insurance broking, or financial services support/consultancy.
• A proactive, client-focused approach and confidence in building relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Good communication skills for client work and business development.

Responsibilities

• Acting as deputy Client Relationship Manager on larger accounts.
• Leading CRM role on smaller clients, ensuring service delivery.
• Managing scheme renewals, annual reporting, and client events.
• Developing opportunities for organic growth within client base.
• Participating in new business activity and client pitches.
• Maintaining CPD requirements for FCA authorisation.
• Building pensions knowledge to answer client queries.
• Contributing content for quarterly newsletters.
• Attending networking events to strengthen relationships.
