Our client has chosen to partner with Woodstock Recruitment to support the company with this key position. This role serves as a key point of organisation for the company and coordination between clients and the internal team, overseeing the end-to-end management of development projects.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as project coordinator for development projects, liaising with the clients and internal members of staff throughout the process to deliver the project successfully on behalf of the business and the client.
  • You will work closely with all members of the team to help plan and manage each project, ensuring every person is kept up to date at every stage.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their product development journey and serving as the key point of contact.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with suppliers and clients, ensuring they want to work with the business long term.
  • Being involved with quotes and invoices.
  • Work on software for inventory updates on materials and packaging.
  • Participate in group activities, meetings, seminars, events and willing to join in company photos and videos.
  • Proactively promoting our team and services, and always be looking for commercial opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a commercial, office-based role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong software skills.
  • Comfortable working with and updating large numerical spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ideally holds an interest, relevant qualification, or experience in a cosmetics or personal care sector.
  • Is a strong team player who takes on responsibility, supports their colleagues and appreciates collaborating with them.
  • Has the confidence to manage projects, prioritise and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; capable of handling new enquiries professionally and accurately across various channels (e-mail, phone, in-person, or video-call).
  • Pays excellent attention to detail, approaches tasks in a methodical, thorough and organised manner, and completes work to a high standard.
  • Has the ability to learn and understand complex (often technical) information quickly.
  • Appreciates working in a fast-paced environment, and is able to plan work effectively to meet deadlines but also able to adapt quickly when priorities change.
  • Willingness to engage in team events, meetings, and social gatherings, including participation in group photos and workplace culture activities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while remaining flexible to meet evolving business needs.
