A leading banking institution seeks a Client Director Assistant in Bristol. In this role, you will engage with clients to meet their financial needs, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in financial services and possess strong communication and numeracy skills. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days in the office.

What you’ll do
We’ll look to you to undertake proactive client contact to build relationships and deliver the day-to-day management of client needs. You’ll deal with a variety of client interactions, outline the different ways they can do their banking, anticipate their extended needs, and support them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs.
In addition to this, you’ll:
