Job description

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with administration experience to join our Women's health Team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead.

Main duties of the job
  • To provide an efficient, friendly & confidential service to Outpatient clinics and to provide an efficient & effective clerical support to Medical & Nursing staff within Women's Health Clinic/Maternity.
  • To be responsible for all data entry to Careflow/Maternity Badger/RIS Computer systems and other related duties with regards to the computer systems.

Job responsibilities
  • To communicate with all staff within the hospital/community setting
  • To communicate with all patients who attend Womens Health Clinic/Maternity
  • To provide clerical support to Medical & Nursing staff within Womens Health Clinic/Maternity
  • To be responsible for all data entry onto Careflow/Maternity Badger for activity generated by community midwives
  • To undertake clerical duties at the direction of senior staffAt all times act in a professional manner in accordance with Trust
