Working hours:

37.5 hours per week

Shift pattern:

7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What you will be doing:
  1. Review shipments data to understand the customer and regulatory requirements and check documentation accuracy and completeness.
  2. Create accurate and legally compliant clearance declarations using in-house systems.
  3. Contact customers or government agencies to clarify information as needed.
  4. Resolve routine customer and customs disputes.
  5. Build effective relationships with customers and advise on the best clearance services.
  6. Work within tight time frames in a busy office environment.
What do you bring with you:
  • Good team working skills and experience contributing to team performance in a busy office.
  • Experience or knowledge of clearance principles, Import/Export processes, and regulatory requirements; CHIEF entries and commercial flights processing are desired.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to make sound numerical decisions under pressure.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
