Job description

Job Duties

• Clean the building to a high standard ensuring a pleasant environment for visitors and staff.
• Perform cleaning, buffing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning and other domestic cleaning duties.

Pay & DBS

The role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The cost of the DBS check is £49.50, which will be deducted from the first four months of salary at a rate of £12.38 per month. If employment is not commenced after the DBS has been processed, you will be invoiced for the £49.50.

Take‑home pay is an estimate that depends on personal circumstances such as pension, National Insurance, student loan deductions and tax codes.

Eligibility

If you have lived or worked abroad for 3 months or more in the last five years or 12 months or more in the last ten years (while aged 18 or over), you will need to obtain a Certificates of Good Character.
