The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join a mainstream primary school in Lambeth. You will be working in the ASD unit of the school so you will lead a small class of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism. You will be supported by experienced Teaching Assistants and work closely with the SENCO and external professionals to ensure each child\'s EHCP is followed and reviewed. Lessons will need to be highly differentiated and delivered in a nurturing, structured environment that promotes progress in both academic and personal development. This role would suit an experienced teacher with strong SEN understanding and a patient, empathetic teaching style.
