We are now recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis.

Job Description

We are recruiting HGV LGV Class 1 Drivers for our depot in Blackrod, Bolton, on a full-time and permanent basis. The role involves delivering non-refrigerated baked goods to RDCs and supporting the wider Culina Network when required.

Salary: All rates include a Meal Allowance and a Tier Payment.

• Monday-Friday Days (06:00am-6:00pm) - £14.50 per hour
• Monday-Friday Nights (6:00pm-6:00am) - £15.80 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday Days - £17.50 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday Nights - £18.00 per hour
• Bank Holidays - £18.31 per hour

Shift and start times:

• AM: Any 5 from 7, between 02:00 & 03:00 start
• PM: Any 5 from 7, between 21:00 & 23:00 start

Qualifications

• Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence
• Current CPC and Tacho
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines
