Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence, Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card.
• 6 months recent Class 1 driving experience, ideally 12 months.
• Be happy working in a highly physical role.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and efficiently according to regulations.
• Comply with health and safety standards and vehicle regulations.
• Perform multi drop deliveries to pubs and clubs, between 4-20 drops per day.
• Engage in manual handling which includes unloading at customer sites.

Pay Rate: £41,079; Grade: Collective Agreement; Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time); Shift patterns: Monday to Friday starting 0600 (annualised hours); Location: Bellshill-ML4 3NW

We're now looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Multi drop delivery to pubs + clubs
• Between 4-20 drops per day
• Manual handling required - will need to unload at customer site (mainly kegs of beer)
• Delivering down stairs, to cellars etc.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• 6 months recent Class 1 driving experience (ideally 12)
• Be happy working in a highly physical role
