A recruitment agency is seeking a Claims Manager in the City Of London. This role involves leading a claims handling team, overseeing operations, and managing relationships with complex clients. The ideal candidate will have claims handling experience and a focus on customer service. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits including 27 days of holiday and a pension.
This is a fantastic opportunity which could be suited to either an experienced "claims manager" or a "senior claims handler" looking to move into a management position. In this role you will lead a team of claims handlers based over 3 sites (all Yorkshire based). Having worked with this business for many years, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive; the MD is well known for creating a flexible and enjoyable working environment with a strong commitment to work life balance.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality claims service to a wide range of clients from general commercial to specialist commercial schemes and private clients and HNW. As claims manager, you will take a lead on larger complex clients, whilst acting as technical referral point to the team.
