Our Casualty Claims function is the largest department and plays a crucial role in delivering efficient, professional, and empathetic service to our Zurich Municipal customers. As an experienced Claims Handler, you'll be at the forefront, providing top-notch, customer-focused service. When our customers face stressful situations, they'll rely on your expertise and quick thinking to provide the support they need. Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. Responsibilities
  • Customer Champion - Promptly handle and positively resolve all enquiries from customers and external contacts to deliver a focused and exceptional claims service.
  • Claims Resolution Expert - Review, resolve, and proactively finalize claims within your authority limits, ensuring optimal settlements with business implications in mind.

  • Insurance Claims Experience - Preferable, but customer service experience is highly desirable

  • Proactive Claims Handler - Ability to review, resolve, and finalize claims proactively within authority limits
  • Team Collaboration - Experience working within a team, managing varying workloads and pressures
