An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our rapidly growing travel insurance business as a Claims Assessor. We’re looking for self-motivated individuals with Claims, Insurance or Financial Services experience who want to grow their careers in a role that is incredibly rewarding and where every day is different. The start date for this role is 6 October 2025.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll guide customers through each stage of the insurance claims process.
  • You’ll assess and process claims under Travel Guard policy terms and conditions.
  • You’ll liaise with customers, medical professionals and service providers to gather necessary documentation.
  • You’ll communicate claim decisions clearly and compassionately.
  • You’ll work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
  • You’ll have previous experience in insurance claims or experience within Financial Services / Complaints.
  • You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’ll have the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload to meet targets and deadlines.
  • You’ll have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You’ll be a great problem solver with good investigative skills.
