We’re excited to be working on some interesting projects and are now looking for Civils Operatives to join our growing teams across the UK.

What will you be doing?

  • Make sure traffic management is in place before starting work with segregation/prevention measures to prevent unauthorised people within your working area.
  • Follow our Health and Safety policy and the site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
  • Correctly use equipment (including working at height), maintain and keep tools/equipment safe on site.
Knowledge, Experience and Attributes
  • Previous experience in a civil construction environment

  • Annual bonus up to 8% of your annual salary
  • You’ll have 25 days holiday, bank holidays & 1 volunteer days to use.
  • Your development matters, so access to our internal training provider – Bauer Academy, is a huge win
  • Company Pension Scheme matched to 8%
