A leading media company in the UK seeks Civils Operatives to install and replace digital units. The role requires physical stamina and offers £34,000 salary, bonus and extensive employee benefits including a pension scheme, training opportunities, and employee discounts. Bauer Media Outdoor are a leading Out of Home media owner, operating more than 33,000 advertising sites nationwide. The team have been extremely successful in delivering hundreds of site builds, including our newest digital units, billboards and large Storm installations. We’re excited to be working on some interesting projects and are now looking for Civils Operatives to join our growing teams across the UK.
You’ll be working as part of a two-person crew, spending most of your day breaking up ground and replacing / installing new digital units for our local communities. This will involve travelling to sites (roadsides and public areas) both local to your area and occasionally further afield dependent on business needs.
You’ll receive an attractive salary of £34,000, annual bonus, paid annual leave 25 days plus bank holidays, training and development and fully expensed tools and PPE.
It’s a physically demanding role which requires you to work at height, mainly using a small step ladder, so you’ll need to be a team player and watch/help out your crew partner.
If you’re not Class 2 HGV qualified then we’ll train you up and cover the costs, however you must be able to commute independently to and from your base depot, in your own transport.
