Overview

Access Talent Group are working with a fast-growing, award-winning Civil Engineering Consultancy based in Cork who are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Senior Traffic Engineer.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a diverse array of projects and provide expert transport-related design assistance and advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of transport policies and design standards.
  • Engage with clients and contractors to support project outcomes.
  • Proficiency in road safety audit and the preparation of Traffic Impact Assessments.
  • Work across local roads, traffic, active travel, or highway schemes as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Some experience in Traffic Engineering
  • Strong interest in transport infrastructure, including active travel and public realm
  • Knowledge of current transport policies and design standards, including TII Publications and DMURS
  • Demonstrated ability in client and contractor interaction and engagement
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
