This role is within our Water and Wastewater Capital Project Delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programs to keep water infrastructure resilient and environmentally friendly.

What will you be doing?
As our Civil Site Team Leader, you'll be part of our Construction Team working on our Anglian Water contract based in Colchester.
Under the supervision of the Construction Manager, you'll manage daily operations of delivery teams and subcontractors on site, ensuring effective use of time and resources to meet budgets and schedules.
You will implement and monitor health, safety, quality, and performance standards, ensuring all work complies with water industry regulations and standards. You will be responsible for SHEQ performance, conducting regular SHEQ visits and maintaining records.
You will drive cultural change within the Delivery and Design Teams, minimize waste through recycling and efficiency techniques, and ensure all briefings and inductions are properly recorded.
Ensure welfare facilities are maintained, personnel are qualified, and projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, participating in review meetings and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor SHEA, legislative, and program performance of subcontractors, complete safety and quality paperwork, conduct risk assessments, and ensure all safety documentation and training are current.
