We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects within the water and utilities sector. This is a secure, long-term contract offering the opportunity to manage high-profile projects that directly improve water supply, treatment, and resilience across the region.

The Role:

As a Civil Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of complex water treatment and clean water infrastructure projects. You will manage civil engineering design, construction, and commissioning, while coordinating contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver civil engineering projects across water treatment works, pumping stations, pipelines, and clean water infrastructure.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases.
• Lead contractor and consultant relationships, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Provide technical and commercial leadership in line with NEC contract frameworks.

About You:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in civil engineering, with strong experience in the water, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, and contract management (NEC experience desirable).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Chartered status (ICE or equivalent) desirable, or working towards.
