Bennett and Game are representing a multidisciplinary consultancy now looking to strengthen its Liverpool office with the appointment of a Civil Engineer specialising in drainage design, offering clear progression into client-facing responsibilities and management. With over 40 years of industry experience and around 60 staff across multiple UK offices, my client has built a strong reputation delivering civil engineering projects focused on drainage and flood risk management. Their expertise includes adoptable drainage design, flood risk assessments and drainage strategies for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Civil Engineer Job Overview
  • Designing adoptable and private drainage with the usual packages (MicroDrainage/Flow)
  • Preparing Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies to support planning
  • Coordinating drainage with foundations and other structures to avoid clashes

Civil Engineer Salary & Benefits
  • £35,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience.
  • Pension scheme: 5% employer contribution with 5% employee contribution.
