A local city council is seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer to help manage traffic and encourage compliance with parking regulations in Stoke and Staffordshire. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as they will interact directly with the public. This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, a full driving licence, and the flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Our Civil Enforcement Officers are the eyes and ears of the local community, patrolling across Stoke and Staffordshire, keeping traffic moving and people safe, providing advice to residents, businesses and visitors, whilst enforcing traffic regulation orders fairly, accurately and consistently.
