A specialist care organization in Crawley is seeking Support Workers to provide trauma-informed care for young people. Responsibilities include managing challenging behaviours and engaging empathetically. Ideal candidates must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent and are required to have a full UK driving licence. The role offers a base salary of £32,000 along with additional benefits and career growth opportunities.
