A children's care organization in Bognor Regis seeks Support Workers to provide trauma-informed care to young people. The role involves engaging with them in a supportive manner, managing challenging behaviors, and working flexible shifts across West Sussex. Successful candidates will receive a base salary of £32,000 along with additional benefits including funded qualifications and annual leave.
