Overview

£34,274 - £40,640 base salary assuming good attendance, up to 4 sleep‑ins per month.

Job Responsibilities
  • Take care of young people day to day, ensuring things run smoothly.
  • Help them prepare for school and complete homework.
  • Complete paperwork and plan activities.
  • Organise evenings and weekends fun activities such as video games, football, film day or go‑karts.
  • Support young people to tap into their needs, personality and potential, guiding them toward a positive future.
What we do for you

Salary: £34,274 – £40,640 base, plus up to 4 sleep‑ins per month at £80 each and £1,400 attendance allowance.

Training: 4‑week induction on our Care Academy.

Holiday: 7 weeks.

Progression: Most team leaders and managers promoted from within; join Aspire programme for future managers.

Training and Progression

Four weeks off‑the‑job Care Academy training with experienced WG professionals to feel confident and ready to support our young people.
