Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We're working with a well-established children's residential service in Brighton who are looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join their team.

You'll be supporting children aged 6 - 16 years of age with SEMH and complex needs, helping them grow, develop, and move towards independence.
