Qualifications

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Children & Young People's Services, or equivalent.
  • At least two years' experience relevant to residential care within the last five years.
  • At least one year of experience supervising and managing professional staff.
  • Sound knowledge of Children Homes regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for shaping and delivering residential homes and managing the team.
  • Support children aged 8 to 18 with complex behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
  • Provide high quality care services that advocate for residents' wellbeing.
  • Provide strong, motivational leadership to staff.
