A healthcare organization in Stockport seeks an experienced Administrative Support Officer to provide confidential support to the Children in Our Care Health Team. Responsibilities include maintaining office systems, data management, and liaising with staff and agencies. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and experience with data systems. This role is for an experienced individual who is able to provide accurate, efficient and confidential secretarial/administrative support to the Children in Our Care Health Team. The post holder will make full use of electronic communication, computers and databases to support the effective delivery of the role and exercise total discretion when working with the team and outside agencies. The role involves handling extremely sensitive information and the post holder should be aware of this when applying, although full support will be given at all times. The role is non-patient facing and requires maintaining office systems, data input to required standards, prioritising and organising the day-to-day workload while maintaining confidentiality. The post holder will liaise with staff within and outside the organisation and will embrace the core values of Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.

If successful, this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £26.50, deducted from the first Trust salary. You will also be required to join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £16.
