A community healthcare provider in Greater London seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver assessments and treatments for children. The role involves working in various settings and supporting junior staff. Ideal candidates have experience with paediatric care and are skilled in report writing. This role will be to provide Occupational Therapy assessment, advice and treatment to children and young people with a range of needs including coordination, developmental, physical functional, sensory and sensory motor either in 1:1 input, groups or integrated MDT groups. The role will include writing professional reports and advice for Education Health and Care plans and providing written activity programs for the treatment process. The role will include work within a local clinic, schools and supporting families across Merton. The successful candidate should ideally have experience of supporting and developing more junior members of staff.
