A leading healthcare organization in England is seeking an experienced Chief People and Culture Officer to lead transformative changes aligned with the Government's workforce plan. This role involves shaping strategies for attracting and retaining talent, while fostering a culture of high performance and inclusion. Candidates should have a strong background in organizational development and leadership, with the ability to influence at high levels. Competitive salary and NHS benefits included.
This is a pivotal moment to join us as our new Chief People and Culture Officer. You will lead Sirona's response to the Government's 10 Year Plan and the supporting national workforce plan, ensuring our organisation is well placed to harness the opportunities presented by the three shifts: from hospital to community, from analogue to digital, and from sickness to prevention.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and as a key member of the executive leadership team, you will provide transformational leadership across all people functions and offer professional advice and guidance to the Board strategically in relation to Sirona's responsibilities as an employer.
You will shape how we attract, develop and retain our people and how we support well-being while instilling a high-performance culture. You will lead visibly across our organisation and with our partners, role modelling our values every day and championing inclusion and equality of opportunity at all levels.
This is a role for a strategic, values-led leader with a proven track record of delivering cultural and workforce transformation in complex, people-facing organisations. You will bring deep expertise in organisational development, leadership, and engagement, along with the credibility and confidence to influence at the highest levels.
