Job description

VoiceAbility is one of the UK’s largest and most respected advocacy and involvement charities. For over 40 years, we’ve been ensuring that people who face disadvantage or discrimination are heard when it matters most. Every year, we support over 35,000 people to have a voice in decisions about their health, care and wellbeing, and we influence policy nationally to safeguard rights and strengthen voices.

We are passionate, empowering, collaborative, honest and resourceful – and we’re looking for a leader who shares these values. This is a pivotal moment as we continue to position VoiceAbility as the provider of choice and the authority on voice and rights.
