Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Removeable Prosthodontic Laboratory, providing expert technical support to clinical teams and patients.
  • Produce highly complex, bespoke dental and maxillofacial appliances to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.
  • Contribute to service development, mentor junior staff, and support teaching and training initiatives within the department and wider hospital.
  • Take a leading role in the expansion of digital workflows, develop new skills, and commit to continuing professional development.
Qualifications
  • Fully registered with the General Dental Council and hold a recognised academic qualification in dental technology.
  • Experience in a commercial dental laboratory or NHS hospital setting encouraged.
