Job Title: Operations Team Member (Day Shift, Mon-Fri, No Weekends)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Enjoy your evenings and weekends free!)

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Team Member to join our busy day-shift team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and likes being part of a supportive, hands-on team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our operations on track — from inspecting work areas and ensuring high standards of safety and housekeeping, to managing stock control, processing orders, and assisting colleagues across departments. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy being at the heart of day-to-day operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a stable Monday-Friday role with no weekend work.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Receiving daily instructions and priorities from your Manager/Deputy.
  • Inspecting work areas, reporting, and fixing issues to keep operations smooth and safe.
  • Operating equipment confidently and responsibly within guidelines.
  • Picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Keeping work areas organised, clean, and safe.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation to required standards.
  • Supporting colleagues and other departments when needed.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and other departments about any issues or updates.
  • Assisting in emergency procedures if required.
  • Managing stock control and ensuring orders are processed on time.
  • Handling communications by email and phone in a professional manner.
  • Following all health, safety, and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
