Thanks to our structured training, you’ll build your skills as you grow—starting with one section (Chef 1), progressing to two (Chef 2), and mastering all three as a Chef.
Working hand in hand with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to keep kitchen operations running smoothly and to a high standard. Delivering consistently high-quality food with pace, care, and heart in every service.
Supporting fellow team members in their learning and development—sharing skills and helping others grow.
Taking pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen—creating an environment the whole team can be proud of.
Maintains food safety and hygiene standards, following Prezzo’s HACCP policies.
Supports stock control by following portioning guidelines and reducing waste.
Ensure accurate completion of kitchen paperwork, including temperature logs and cleaning records.
Delivers exceptional food quality and presentation to enhance the guest experience.
Works efficiently to ensure timely food service.
Supports the Head Chef in handling guest feedback professionally.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist in training and developing junior kitchen team members.
Maintain a positive and inclusive working environment.
Follows all health & safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to the Head Chef or General Manager.
Ensure kitchen opening and closing procedures are completed correctly.
