Job description

The Lauriston Hotel, part of the Weston College Group, is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

The Lauriston Hotel is dog friendly hotel, with 35 rooms, based on Weston-super-Mare’s sea front and is situated within fragrant landscaped gardens overlooking Weston Bay’s promenade.

This is a full-time role, where you will work 36 hours per week.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at The Lauriston Hotel.

Day to day duties
  • Prepare and present starters and desserts to a high standard.
  • Order ingredients and manage stock, including special dietary needs.
  • Ensure food hygiene and safety regulations are followed.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
  • Keep accurate records of orders and staff meals.
  • Support the Head Chef in daily operations and deputise when needed.
