Immediate Start Available - Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel - Maidenhead area

Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy luxury hotel in the Maidenhead area. They are looking for a Chef who has experience of working at ideally AA Rosette standard as you will prepare meals for the fine dining restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for chefs keen to learn and develop new skills in a supportive kitchen environment.

As Chef de Partie you will support the Head & Sous Chef in the running of service and will prepare meals for the restaurant. You will work 45 hours a week with straight shifts.

The Role
  • Working on each section of the kitchen except pastry
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service.

  • Good Communicator - able to supervise Junior Chefs
Experience
  • You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a AA Rosette awarded hotel or restaurant
  • Ability to work on each section
  • NVQ Level to or equivalent
  • Knowledge of fine dining
