Chef de Partie Yorkshire Hotel | Ongoing Contract

Location: Yorkshire

Rate: From £17 per hour, weekly pay

Were looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who is commutable to the Yorkshire area to support a high-quality hotel kitchen on an ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity to join a strong brigade, working across restaurant, banqueting and events operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to rosette standards
  • Run your designated section efficiently during service
  • Support menu delivery across restaurant, prep and events
  • Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness and HACCP procedures
  • Assist with stock control and daily prep
  • Work closely with the sous chef and head chef to keep service smooth
  • Uphold high standards of organisation and professionalism
